| Based on a United States Naval Academy webpage, the installation follows provided online instructions that describe how to turn your vehicle into a mobile satellite command centre with plumbing fixtures purchased from Home Depot. The command centre works as a crude tracking and communication system. Pictured in the installation are printouts from the original website, photographs of the command centre built by the artist, as well as all of the technical equipment required for the operation.
